The burger was okay, but the menu felt a little limited to me. There wasn’t much beyond the usual stuff, so I found it a bit boring... though to be fair, what I had was still decent and I can see other people enjoying it.

The food was really good, even though it took a little longer than expected. Overall, I was happy with the meal and would say it’s worth checking out if you’re not in a rush

The food tasted good overall, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. The burger was decent, but it didn’t feel super filling for the price, and the fries were more like a small snack than a full side. Maybe it just depends on what you order, but my instinct was that I probably should’ve picked something else if I wanted a more satisfying meal. Not bad at all, just expected a little more.

Pickup was a little annoying, honestly. It took longer than I expected, and the directions for where to go or what to do weren’t super clear. I ended up waiting around even though the order said it was ready, which was frustrating. The food was fine, like it was okay, but the whole pickup process just wasn’t very convenient.

I ordered from Arctic Circle during lunch and wasn’t sure if it would take a while, but it was ready super fast. I barely even had time to sit down before it was good to go. Everything was still hot too, which was reassuring because I always worry about food sitting around. No complaints from me.

It tasted fresh to me, for what I was expecting, I don’t have any complaints. I’d be happy to get it again if I was in the mood for something simple and reliable.

My burger came out wrong, which should’ve been an easy fix, but it ended up being more annoying than it needed to be. I reached out to support and all they really said was sorry. No real help, no offer to make it right. It was such a simple thing, but somehow it was made harder than it should’ve been.

The tables were clean , which I appreciated . The bathroom was okay , but it looked like it could have used a quick check while we were there .

Ordering was straightforward overall, so I’ll give them credit for that. The only thing that bugged me was the checkout started slowing down near the end, which got a little annoying. Not a huge deal, but it would be a much better experience if that last step was smoother.

Paid by card and it went through super fast with zero hassle. almost confusing how easy it was, I was fully prepared for the usual little payment drama, but nope.

I’ve used acburger a couple of times it’s okay. The food/order experience is fine when it works, but the hours and availability get a little frustrating. I’ll check when I’m already hungry and sometimes they’re not taking orders, or it’s just not super clear when they’ll be open again. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s definitely inconvenient. I’d probably use it more often if the timing was more reliable...

I ordered from acburger.com it was disappointing. The food showed up barely warm, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I get that delivery won’t always arrive piping hot, but this was way past acceptable. I ended up having to microwave everything, which kind of defeats the whole point of ordering a burger. On top of that, it feels like their terms or fees keep changing, and it’s annoying not knowing what to expect when you order. Definitely won’t be ordering again anytime soon

I was so happy I could’ve cried, everything in my order was exactly right. No missing items, no mix-ups, just perfect. Such a relief!

I was getting a kurdase cone with some of my friends,when the lady approached me with the cone,I asked for a fist bump. She looked a little sad and I thought it would cheer her up. I stuck my hand out for her and she death stared me for a few seconds then said (in a mean tone) NO!! Then slammed the window. She als kept giving me the side eye!!! Not the best experience.

The staff were really friendly and laid-back, which made the whole thing feel easy. They helped me choose something without making me feel rushed at all. i’d definitely recommend stopping by, and I’d go back again.

The food was alright I guess, nothing bad but nothing super memorable either. The place felt cramped and noisy, and our table was a bit sticky which wasnt great. Music was way too loud for just trying to have a quick dinner and chat.

I’m disappointed. They made it seem like the order would be packed properly and arrive in good shape, but that’s not what happened at all. The box felt flimsy, and by the time it got to me, everything inside was all messy and squashed around. For a food order, I expected way more care with the packaging. It just didn’t match what they claimed, and I’m not happy with it.
